Creative Quotient Art Competition 2026  
Terms & Conditions 

Event Dates: 10th & 11th October 2026 

1. Eligibility: The Art Competition is open to children aged 6 to 16 years only. If you have purchased a combo ticket (Competition + Festival) for your child and if your child is below 12 years  then you need to accompany your child at the museum by purchasing a valid adult ticket.

2. Independent Participation: Children are required to participate independently for the duration of the competition. Parents, guardians, and nannies may wait comfortably in the designated waiting area provided by MuSo. Alternatively, they may purchase a separate ticket to explore the Museum and Art Festival. 

3. Ticket Validity: Each Art Competition ticket admits one child only. 

4. Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or rescheduled for different dates or time slots. 

5. Art Materials: MuSo will provide the official art sheet, which is mandatory for participation, along with water for painting. Participants must bring their own stationery and colouring materials, such as crayons, colour pencils, poster paints, sketch pens, etc. 

6. Prohibited Materials: To ensure safety and fairness, the following items are not permitted during the competition: oil paints, acrylic paints, fabric paints, canvas, scissors or other sharp objects, craft materials, glue, tape, 3D stickers, electronic devices, or books and other reference materials. 

7. Mobile Phones: All mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during the competition. 

8. Food & Beverages: Children may carry their own drinking water and a light snack to enjoy after the competition. Food and beverages will also be available for purchase at the food stall and Subko Café. 

9. Registration & Reporting Time: Registration and booking verification will begin 30 minutes before the participant's selected competition time slot. Please carry the booking confirmation email and present it at the registration counter for verification. 

10. Museum & Festival Access: The Art Competition ticket is valid only for participation in the competition and does not include entry to the museum exhibits or other festival experiences. A separate ticket must be purchased to explore the Museum and Art Festival. 

11. Inclusivity & Accessibility: MuSo is an inclusive space and welcomes children with special needs and disabilities. Our facilities and staff are equipped to support their participation. Where additional assistance is required, a parent, teacher, or guardian may accompany the child during the competition to provide the necessary support. Wheelchair access is available.

Creative Quotient Art Festival 2026 Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Booking & Entry 

1.1. Online ticket bookings will close 3 hours prior to the selected entry time slot. 

1.2. Entry is subject to ticket availability and slot capacity. MuSo reserves the right to regulate admissions to ensure a safe and comfortable visitor experience. 

1.3. All visitors are required to carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification at entry. 

1.4. Art Festival ticket includes Museum/Festival Experience (Museum experience, Workshops & Art Bazaar); however, it does not include access to Art Competition & Masterclasses as they are separately ticketed and have specific terms & conditions.  

2. Age Eligibility & Adults-Only Entry 

2.1. The Creative Quotient Art Festival is suitable for visitors aged 4 years and above. If you have purchased a combo ticket (Competition + Festival) for your child and if your child is below 12 years  then you need to accompany your child at the museum by purchasing a valid adult ticket.

2.2. Adults aged 18 years and above are permitted to visit the festival independently, without accompanying children, on 10th and 11th October 2026. 

2.3. Adults-only entry is a special exception applicable exclusively during the Creative Quotient Art Festival. MuSo's regular admission policy, which does not permit adults-only entry, will resume after the event. Note: The Art Competition is open to children aged 6 to 16 years only. 

3. Workshops & Activities 

3.1. All workshops will be conducted as per the predetermined schedule. Please refer to the festival/event page for workshop timings and details. 

3.2. Workshops will not be repeated or rescheduled. 

3.3. Entry to workshops will be on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and capacity. Advance reservations for workshops will not be permitted. 

3.4. Certain exhibits, installations, and activities may have operational limitations, timed access, capacity restrictions, or specific safety instructions. Visitors are required to follow all applicable guidelines and instructions provided by MuSo staff. 

4. Museum Property & Visitor Conduct 

4.1. Visitors are expected to respect all interactive exhibits, installations, equipment, and museum property. 

4.2. Any intentional damage to museum property may result in removal from the premises and applicable penalties. 

4.3. MuSo reserves the right to refuse entry or request any visitor to leave the premises in the event of inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour. 

5. Child Safety & Safeguarding 

5.1. MuSo is fundamentally a children-first space, committed to providing a safe, respectful, and secure environment for children and families. 

5.2. While adults-only entry is permitted as a special exception during the Creative Quotient Art Festival, all visitors are required to adhere to MuSo's child safety and safeguarding policies at all times. 

5.3. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, unsafe, intrusive, or inconsistent with MuSo's child protection and safeguarding standards may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. 

5.4. All visitors must comply with the instructions of MuSo staff and security personnel to ensure the safety and well-being of children and other visitors. 

6. General Terms & Conditions 

6.1. All other standard MuSo Museum Terms & Conditions, Safety Guidelines, and Privacy Policies shall remain applicable during the Creative Quotient Art Festival. 

6.2. Visitors are requested to review MuSo's [Terms of Service] and [Safety & Privacy Policy] before booking their tickets. 

Important: The above terms apply to general admission to the Creative Quotient Art Festival. Participation in the Art Competition, paid Masterclasses, and any other separately ticketed experiences will be governed by their respective Terms & Conditions, where applicable. 

Masterclass Workshops 
Terms & Conditions 

Event Dates: 10th & 11th October 2026 

1. Eligibility & Ticket Pricing 

1.1. Masterclass Workshops are suitable for participants aged 12 years and above. 

1.2. Each Masterclass Workshop is priced at ₹2,000 + applicable taxes per participant. 

1.3. Each ticket admits one participant to the selected Masterclass Workshop and includes access to the MuSo Museum and Creative Quotient Art Festival experience. 

1.4. The Masterclass Workshop ticket does not include participation in the Art Competition. A separate ticket is required for the Art Competition. 

2. Booking & Entry 

2.1. Online bookings must be completed at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time of the selected workshop. 

2.2. Entry is subject to ticket availability and workshop capacity. MuSo reserves the right to regulate admissions to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all participants. 

2.3. All visitors are required to carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification at entry. 

3. Workshop Schedule & Participation 

3.1. All Masterclass Workshops will be conducted as per the predetermined schedule and will not be repeated or rescheduled. Participants are requested to refer to the festival/event page for workshop details and timings. 

3.2. Participants are requested to arrive on time for their selected workshop to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience. 

3.3. To maintain the integrity of the workshop and ensure an enriching experience for all participants, attendees are requested to remain present for the entire duration of the session and avoid leaving midway. 

4. Museum Guidelines & Visitor Conduct 

4.1. Visitors are requested to respect all interactive exhibits, installations, workshop materials, and museum property at all times. Any intentional damage may result in removal from the premises and applicable penalties. 

4.2. Certain exhibits and activities may have operational limitations, timed access, or specific safety instructions. All visitors are required to comply with these guidelines. 

4.3. MuSo reserves the right to refuse entry or request visitors to leave the premises in cases of inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour. 

5. Child Safety & Safeguarding 

5.1. MuSo is fundamentally a children-first space, committed to providing a safe, respectful, and secure environment for children and families. 

5.2. Adults-only entry is permitted as a special exception during the Creative Quotient Art Festival on 10th and 11th October 2026. This exception does not apply to regular museum operating days. 

5.3. All visitors, including adults attending the Masterclass Workshops, are expected to adhere to MuSo's child safety and safeguarding standards at all times. 

5.4. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, unsafe, intrusive, or inconsistent with MuSo's child protection and safeguarding policies may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund. 

6. General Terms & Conditions 

6.1. All other MuSo Museum Terms & Conditions, Safety Guidelines, and Privacy Policies shall remain applicable to all visitors and participants.
