Welcome to the Museum of Solutions! Before you embark on an exciting journey of exploration and learning, please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Modification of Terms and Conditions:
The Museum of Solutions reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and notices under which tickets are offered. Visitors are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
Any discount code redemption at the reception will require a physical voucher.

2. Age Group:
• Our Labs and spaces (Play Lab, Discover Lab, Make Lab, Grow lab and Library of Solutions) are open for children aged 2 years and above.
• Entry for children below 2 years is allowed only if accompanied by an older sibling and adult caregivers.
• Certain content, exhibits, and activities have age recommendations and restrictions.

3. Session Slots:
Please select your preferred slot while booking.
• Please vacate the Museum Floors at the end of your allotted time. No temporary exits are permitted. Once you leave the premises, the slot is considered over. Booking slots are subject to availability, and house waiting rules apply.

4. Entry Rules:
• No bags and food are allowed on the Museum floor. Locker facilities are available for small items at no charge.
• Adults are not permitted to enter exhibit floors without being accompanied by a child, unless approved as a visitor by the Museum of Solutions Team.
• Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit.

5. Safety Guidelines:
• Both adults and children must adhere to safety guidelines communicated by our staff.
• Museum of Solutions Management reserves the right to restrict entry once the facility reaches maximum capacity.

6. Tickets:
• Minors under 2 years are not allowed to transact on the website or at ticket     counters. 
• Tickets are non-refundable. Museum of Solutions management may, in exceptional situations, allow a booking to be moved at their discretion.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

7. Activities/Events:
• The Management reserves the right to alter or change activities and events as necessary.
• Some activities/events may be temporarily closed for maintenance.

8. Prohibited Items:
• Outside food, pets, weapons, sharp objects, drugs, and other dangerous materials are not allowed.
• Smoking, chewing gum, and commercial photography are strictly prohibited.

9. Liability and Indemnity:
• Visitors must follow emergency procedures as instructed by Museum of Solutions Management and Staff.
• Visitors authorize the use of their data and images for promotional purposes.

10. Dispute Resolutions:
• Museum of Solutions Management’s decision is final in case of disputes.
• By purchasing a ticket or using Museum of Solutions facilities, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

11. Behaviour expectations:
To ensure the safety, enjoyment, and respect of every individual within our premises, we have implemented the following strict policy regarding vandalism, disrespectful behavior, and lack of inclusion.

12. Zero Tolerance for Vandalism:
Vandalism of any kind, including but not limited to defacement of exhibits, walls, or any property within the museum, is strictly prohibited. Perpetrators will be held accountable for the full cost of damages and may face legal consequences.

13. Respectful Behavior Required:
Visitors are expected to engage with exhibits and fellow visitors in a respectful manner. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to yelling, running, or any form of harassment, will not be tolerated. Visitors engaging in such behavior may be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

14. Inclusive Environment:
Museum of Solutions is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming space for visitors of all backgrounds. Discrimination, bullying, or exclusionary behavior based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, ability, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated. Offenders will be asked to leave, and appropriate authorities may be contacted if necessary.

15. Immediate Ejection Policy:
Any visitor found engaging in vandalism, disrespectful behavior, or promoting a lack of inclusion will be subject to immediate ejection from the museum premises. The decision of museum staff is final, and no refund will be provided in such cases.

16. Reporting Incidents:
Visitors are encouraged to report any instances of vandalism, disrespectful behavior, or lack of inclusion to museum staff immediately. Your cooperation in maintaining a safe and inclusive environment is crucial to the well-being of all visitors.


Child Safety & Visitor Conduct

MuSo is fundamentally a children-first space designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and secure environment for young visitors and families. While this adults-only access is being offered as a special exception for International Museum Day activation, all visitors are expected to uphold MuSo’s child safety and safeguarding standards at all times. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, unsafe, intrusive, or inconsistent with MuSo’s child protection values may lead to immediate removal from the premises without refund.


By entering the Museum of Solutions, visitors agree to abide by this code of conduct. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate ejection, legal consequences, and a ban from future visits.

By purchasing a ticket for or by using any of the facilities at the museum, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions of Museum of Solutions.

INDEMNITY
You declare and warrant that neither you nor your dependents have any physical or medical conditions that may lead to an injury by visiting Museum of Solutions. You are fully responsible for all medical costs associated with treating any injury sustained while visiting Museum of Solutions.

You agree to indemnify and hold Museum of Solutions or JSW Foundation (and their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, or arising out of or related to your breach of this Guidelines or terms and conditions, or violation of any law or the rights of a third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or breach / non-fulfillment of any of your obligations under this Guidelines or terms and conditions arising out of violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to intellectual property rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity or other rights.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Museum of Solutions provides interactive play & learning through museum activities / events and Website “as is” and without any warranty or condition, whether express, implied or statutory. To the extent permissible by laws.

Museum of Solutions & its shareholders, directors, officers, employees or agents shall, in no event, be liable (jointly or severally) for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of business / sales, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Website. The aggregate monetary liability of Museum of Solutions in any event (including but not limited for any breach of any provisions of this Agreement) shall not exceed INR 1000/- (Indian Rupees one thousand only).

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Website, or with any of these Conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Website. You acknowledge and agree that Museum of Solutions is not responsible for the accuracy of any information published on the Website and does not warrant that any information appearing on the Website is accurate, true or complete. Museum of Solutions specifically excludes liability for any loss, harm, distress or damage suffered by you or any third party as a result of inaccurate information appearing on the Website. If any applicable authority holds any portion of this section to be unenforceable, then liability will be limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by applicable law.

Adults-Only Access at MuSo

Valid for 13th and 14th June 2026 only

1. This special access is applicable only on 13th and 14th June 2026.

2. Adults-only visitors (18 years and above) are permitted entry during this limited-period activation.

3. This is a special exception event. MuSo generally does not permit adults-only entry on regular operating days.

4. All visitors are required to carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification at entry.

5. Entry is subject to ticket availability and slot capacity. MuSo reserves the right to regulate admissions to ensure a safe and comfortable visitor experience.

6. Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified by MuSo.

7. Visitors are requested to respect the interactive exhibits, installations, and museum property at all times. Any intentional damage may result in removal from the premises and applicable penalties.

8. Certain exhibits or activities may have operational limitations, timed access, or safety instructions that visitors must follow.

9. MuSo reserves the right to refuse entry or request visitors to leave the premises in case of inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour.

Child Safety & Visitor Conduct

Summer Camps 2026 

Registration and Payment

Registration will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. Parents or legal guardians are required to complete the registration process and provide accurate information about the child. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure the child's enrollment in the camp

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are determined and fixed solely by Muso. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and government levies, which will be added at the time of billing.

• Discounts, if offered, must be applied at the time of booking. No two offers can be clubbed together. No refunds will be provided for non-attendance, incomplete participation, or unused discounts

• In case of a pricing error, Muso reserves the right to correct the price, even after your booking has been confirmed and paid for.

Capacity and Scheduling: There is a minimum threshold to conduct a particular camp, however if the required threshold is not fulfilled, we will offer alternate camp for the same age group or any other available batch.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made by customers between 15 to 30 days before the start of the camp will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the camp. In case of camp cancellation by Museum of Solutions due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Health and Safety: The safety and well-being of workshop participants are our top priorities. All activities will be supervised by staff members. Parents must provide emergency contact information and any relevant medical information about the child during the registration process. Children with allergies, medical conditions or special needs must inform the camp organizers in advance.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to show respect towards fellow campers, staff members, and the museum's exhibits. Bullying, harassment or any form of disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the child's expulsion from the camp without a refund.

Equipment and Materials Responsibility: Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of any equipment or materials provided during camp activities. Any damage caused to equipment or materials due to misuse or negligence may result in additional charges to the participant's guardian.

Attendance and Punctuality: Participants are expected to arrive on time each day of the camp. Late arrivals may disrupt the schedule for other campers. If a participant will be absent for any reason, parents must inform us in advance. No cover up session will be provided for missed session.

Parental Involvement: Guardians are kindly requested to ensure the safe drop-off and pick-up of their children at designated times. It is essential that guardians also provide accurate contact information to facilitate communication in the event of any situation necessitating their immediate attention. Additionally, parents or legal guardians are encouraged to actively participate in the summer camp experience by attending orientation sessions, volunteering when possible, and providing support to their child throughout the duration of the camp.

Liability Waiver: A parent/guardian must sign the application form, and agree to the terms & conditions. Payment via this website is also taken as agreement with the terms and conditions. While every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of participants, the Museum of Solutions and its staff will not be held liable for any accidents and injuries during the camp.

Lost or Stolen Items: The Museum of Solutions is not responsible for any lost or stolen items belonging to participants. Participants are encouraged to label all personal belongings and to keep valuables secure at all times. Photography and Media Consent: The Museum of Solutions reserves the right to photograph or record camp activities for promotional purposes. Parents who do not wish for their child to be photographed or recorded must inform the Museum of Solutions in writing.

Changes to Schedule: The Museum of Solutions reserves the right to make changes to the camp schedule, activities or instructors if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.

The Museum of Solutions reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and notices under which tickets are offered. Visitors are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. 

By completing the registration process for the Museum of Solutions Summer Camp, parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the above Terms and Conditions. All other Museum terms and Conditions apply.


17. Liability
• MuSo is not responsible for any personal injuries, lost items, or damage to belongings during participation.

18. Media & Photography
• Photos and videos may be taken for internal and promotional purposes.
• By participating, you consent to the use of these images unless otherwise stated at check-in.

19. Emergency Protocol
• First aid and emergency contacts are available at the MuSo Reception and Security.
• Please inform the staff immediately in case of an emergency.

20. Rights & Modifications

• MuSo reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, maintenance, staffing).

21. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are determined and fixed solely by Muso.
• No extensions shall be granted.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and government levies, which will be added at the time of billing.
• Discounts, if offered, must be applied at the time of booking. No two offers can be clubbed together.
15% discount is applicable only on the purchase of 5 or more tickets in a single transaction. It can be availed exclusively through the Museum of Solutions (MuSo) official website, and must be pre-booked at least one day in advance.
• No refunds will be provided for non-attendance, incomplete participation, or unused discounts.
• In case of a pricing error, Muso reserves the right to correct the price, even after your booking has been confirmed and paid for.

22. Slot Booking & Time Limits

• Limited slots are available for each session. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Participants must complete all assigned activities within the chosen time slot (e.g. 5 hours or full day).
• Muso will not be liable for participant delays or unfinished activities due to time mismanagement.
• Certain activities have finite availability. Please book carefully. Muso holds no responsibility for unavailability.

23. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All bookings are final and non-refundable.
• No refunds or compensations will be provided for participants who fail to attend or complete the activities within the allocated slot.
• Slot transfers or extensions are not permitted under any circumstance.

In the event of any technical error, system glitch, or inadvertent pricing discrepancy (including but not limited to tickets being sold at an incorrect price), Museum of Solutions (MuSo) reserves the right to cancel or refuse such bookings at its sole discretion.

Customers will be notified of the discrepancy and will be required to rebook tickets at the correct prevailing price to gain entry.

MuSo reserves the right to deny admission against any booking made under such erroneous pricing.
