Christmas Grotto
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Limited capacity per session; entry is subject to availability.
- Every child below 12 years age must be accompanied by at least one adult. Entry for adults also requires a valid ticket. Age Recommendation: Suitable for all ages.
- Each ticket includes: Santa Storytime experience, 1 photo moment/opportunity with Santa, Christmas craft activities, gingerbread cookie decorating activity, and hot chocolate & Add-ons by Subko.
- Entry will close five minutes after the session start time. Latecomers may miss parts of the experience and will not be eligible for refunds.
- Photography is allowed during Santa meet-and-greet and the activity area (without disrupting the experience).
- Children must be supervised by their accompanying adult at all times.
- Food and beverages from outside are not permitted inside the Grotto experience zone.
- Management reserves the right to admission.
- If Santa or the elf is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, MuSo may replace or modify the program without prior notice.
- Any damage to property or materials will incur a charge.
- No cancellation due to weather conditions unless the venue is closed by management.
- MuSo reserves the right to use photos and videos captured during the event for promotional purposes, unless a request is made in writing at the time of entry.
- Guests are requested to arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time slot. Late arrivals may miss parts of the experience and entry will not be extended, rescheduled, or refunded.
