Creative Quotient Art Festival 2026 Terms & Conditions 

Event Dates: 10th & 11th October 2026  

1.1. Online ticket bookings will close 3 hours prior to the selected entry time slot. 

1.2. Entry is subject to ticket availability and slot capacity. MuSo reserves the right to regulate admissions to ensure a safe and comfortable visitor experience. 

1.3. All visitors are required to carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification at entry. 

1.4. Art Festival ticket includes Museum/Festival Experience (Museum experience, Workshops & Art Bazaar); however, it does not include access to Art Competition & Masterclasses as they are separately ticketed and have specific terms & conditions.  

2. Age Eligibility & Adults-Only Entry 

2.1. The Creative Quotient Art Festival is suitable for visitors aged 4 years and above.  

2.2. Adults aged 18 years and above are permitted to visit the festival independently, without accompanying children, on 10th and 11th October 2026. 

2.3. Adults-only entry is a special exception applicable exclusively during the Creative Quotient Art Festival. MuSo's regular admission policy, which does not permit adults-only entry, will resume after the event. Note: The Art Competition is open to children aged 6 to 16 years only. 

3. Workshops & Activities 

3.1. All workshops will be conducted as per the predetermined schedule. Please refer to the festival/event page for workshop timings and details. 

3.2. Workshops will not be repeated or rescheduled. 

3.3. Entry to workshops will be on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and capacity. Advance reservations for workshops will not be permitted. 

3.4. Certain exhibits, installations, and activities may have operational limitations, timed access, capacity restrictions, or specific safety instructions. Visitors are required to follow all applicable guidelines and instructions provided by MuSo staff. 

4. Museum Property & Visitor Conduct 

4.1. Visitors are expected to respect all interactive exhibits, installations, equipment, and museum property. 

4.2. Any intentional damage to museum property may result in removal from the premises and applicable penalties. 

4.3. MuSo reserves the right to refuse entry or request any visitor to leave the premises in the event of inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour. 

5. Child Safety & Safeguarding 

5.1. MuSo is fundamentally a children-first space, committed to providing a safe, respectful, and secure environment for children and families. 

5.2. While adults-only entry is permitted as a special exception during the Creative Quotient Art Festival, all visitors are required to adhere to MuSo's child safety and safeguarding policies at all times. 

5.3. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, unsafe, intrusive, or inconsistent with MuSo's child protection and safeguarding standards may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. 

5.4. All visitors must comply with the instructions of MuSo staff and security personnel to ensure the safety and well-being of children and other visitors. 

6. General Terms & Conditions 

6.1. All other standard MuSo Museum Terms & Conditions, Safety Guidelines, and Privacy Policies shall remain applicable during the Creative Quotient Art Festival. 

6.2. Visitors are requested to review MuSo's [Terms of Service] and [Safety & Privacy Policy] before booking their tickets. 

Important: The above terms apply to general admission to the Creative Quotient Art Festival. Participation in the Art Competition, paid Masterclasses, and any other separately ticketed experiences will be governed by their respective Terms & Conditions, where applicable.
